This Privacy Policy explains how AIMAKE LTD ("Sozdai", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Sozdai platform and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we process in connection with the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control, including the third-party technology providers described below.

2. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

3. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide.

• Account information — your email address and password (stored as a hash).
• Support communications — messages you send us.
• Inputs — prompts, messages, files, images, or audio you submit to the Services.

b. Usage and technical information.

• Usage records — the features you use (chat, image, video, music), the model or engine used, token or generation counts, generation parameters, timestamps, latency, status, and error codes, recorded for metering, billing, and diagnostics.
• Device and connection data — IP address, browser/user-agent, and similar technical data.
• Cookies — the console uses cookies/local storage that are strictly necessary for authentication and preferences (e.g., session token, language, currency). We do not use advertising cookies. See Section 9.

c. Billing information.

• Your credit balance, purchase orders, and ledger entries. Payment card details, where applicable, are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including processing your requests with the applicable technology provider and returning Output;
• meter usage, deduct credits, and maintain your balance and ledger;
• authenticate you and secure your account and our systems;
• detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms;
• provide support and respond to your requests;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
• improve and develop the Services (using aggregated or de-identified data where feasible).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train our own models.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information with:

• Technology providers. To fulfill your requests, we transmit your Inputs (and generation parameters) to the third-party AI technology provider that powers the feature you are using. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' privacy and usage policies. We do not control how they process the data they receive.
• Infrastructure sub-processors. Hosting, database, and email providers that help us operate the Services.
• Payment processors. To process credit purchases and payments.
• Legal and safety. Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of us, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Inputs, Outputs, and AI Technology Providers

To provide certain features, your Inputs are sent to the applicable technology provider and the resulting Output is returned to you. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share or that you do not want transmitted to a third-party provider.

7. Data Retention

• Usage logs and ledger — retained as long as reasonably necessary for billing, accounting, security, and legal compliance.
• Inputs — we retain your Inputs only as needed to process your request and maintain logs; we do not retain full prompt content longer than necessary for operation and diagnostics, except as required by law.
• Generated outputs — media and other outputs generated through the Services are retained for up to 14 days to enable retrieval and delivery, after which they are automatically deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Account data — retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@sozdai.ai. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Legal bases (EEA/UK). We process personal information based on: performance of a contract (providing the Services), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), your consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage for authentication and for saving preferences (language). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Where required by law, we will obtain consent for any non-essential cookies.

10. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption of stored credentials and hashing of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

We and our sub-processors may process personal information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

12. Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the law specified in our Terms of Service.
